Uncertainty Quantification in Clinical LLMs ↗
Designed and implemented a full stochastic inference pipeline on Mistral-7B for medical QA using MedMCQA. Applied semantic entropy with BioBERT-based clustering to measure meaning-level uncertainty, trained a logistic regression calibration model on answer-token log-probabilities, and built a FastAPI + Next.js demo with live uncertainty visualisation and abstention thresholds.
